Introduction:
Minako, sometimes called "Mina-chan" by her friends, is the last of the "inner senshi" to be discovered by Usagi. In reality, she was the first sailor senshi to awaken, and worked alone fighting crime in England as Sailor V before coming to Japan. She became quite popular while in England, and has a huge fan base (Usagi included) and even has video games based on her!
Minako and Usagi are extremely alike in personality and looks. Minako however, more so than any of the other senshi, is extremely "boy crazy", and continually searches for a boyfriend. She puts a great emphasis on finding love. This isn't surprising, seeing as as Sailor Venus she is the "Ai to bibou no senshi", warrior of love and beauty.

It is worth noting that Minako is the leader of the "inner senshi". She leads Sailors Mercury, Mars, and Jupiter in personally protecting their princess, Sailor Moon.

Venus Power, Make Up!: Sailor Venus's first transformation phrase used during the first season.
Venus Star Power, Make Up!: Sailor Venus's second transformation phrase used during the second season, Sailor Moon R. First appears in episode 65.
Venus Crystal Power, Make Up!: Minako transforms into Super Sailor Venus, her most powerful form, with this phrase. It first appears in episode 154 during the Super S season, and is used until the end of the series.

Crescent Beam: Sailor Venus's weakest attack used mostly during the first season. Venus puts her hands together forming a gun with her index fingers pointing out, and shoots a beam of light
Crescent Beam Shower: Very similar to her "Crescent Beam" attack, only the beam of light splits into many small points of light. This attack was used in the R season, first appearing in episode 52.
Venus Love Me Chain: Sailor Venus's primary attack in the R season used after receiving her "Venus Star Power" transformation phrase; first appeared in episode 65. A golden chain of hearts appears around her which she shoots at the enemy.
Love Me Moon Chain: Used only in episode 102 of the Sailor Moon S series when she imitates Sailor Moon. It is the same as "Venus Love Me Chain".
Venus Love and Beauty Shock: Sailor Venus's final and most powerful attack, first appearing in episode 154 during the Super S season; used after receiving "Venus Crystal Power" transformation phrase. Venus blows a deadly kiss at the enemy. She uses this attack until the end of the season.
