All over the world, children have started to disappear in the middle of the night! Meanwhile, Chibi-Usa puts her heart into baking cookies for Mamuru, but on the way to give them to him, she meets a mysterious boy, Peruru. Chibi-Usa becomes friends with Peruru and gives him her cookies intsead. That night, Usagi and the Sailor Soldiers follow a sleep-walking Chibi-Usa and other children to a strange ship that flies away with them! With help from Peruru, the Sailor Soldiers chase the ship to the fortress in the sky where the evil Badiyanu awaits...

My thoughts:
This movie is a take off on the legend of the Pied Piper: fairies play pipes to cause children to sleep walk onto large ships which carry them away to "The Land of Sweets" where Badiyanu places them in Dream Coffins. Her Dream Hole sucks the dream energy out of the children, increasing its power and size, until it is eventually large enough to swallow the earth. At least, that's the plan. I'm not a huge fan of Chibi-Usa, and seeing that she is the main character in this movie, it's not my favorite. Even so, the friendship between Chibi-Usa and the dream fairy Peruru is cute and interesting, and the outer senshi minus Sailor Saturn make an appearance. All in all, this is a cute movie that every fan has to see!
